Campus Recreation is committed to offering a variety of Fitness and Wellness opportunities throughout the year, enabling the campus community to live a healthier, balanced, and active life. We strive to create positive and supportive exercise environments in-person and virtually that inspire positive lifestyle changes. To achieve success, we offer new and exciting Group Fitness classes each semester that will challenge the mind and body. We also offer personal training for more individualized fitness needs and goals as well as Wellness oriented activities and events.
