Campus Rec offers Women's Inclusive Events that provide a safe and supportive environment for women to engage in fitness and wellness activities. These events are designed to promote physical and mental health, and to empower women of all fitness levels to achieve their goals. Our Women's Inclusive Events include a variety of activities, such as yoga, cardio and strength training classes, workshops, and social events. These events are female led who are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Our Women's Inclusive Events provide a great opportunity to meet new people, make connections, and have fun while improving your overall health and well-being.

Weekly meetups for identifying women of the SF State Community who have an active membership to the MWC. Connect and meet with other identifying women - come alone or with your friends! Register through our membership portal.
April 5th 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Dance Therapy
Join us in this judgment free zone to learn about letting go through the form of Dance Therapy with our Wellness Student Manager, Kanika. Must register to join!
April 12th 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Lifting Demonstration
If you’re curious to learn how to use the deadlift platform, or just want to connect with other identifying women who like lifting, join us for a demonstration provided by our Personal Training Student Managers, Nelly and Cara. Must register to join!
