SF State Summer Kids Camp is a fun and engaging program designed for children ages 5-12. With a focus on creativity, exploration, and adventure, this camp provides a unique and enriching summer experience for kids. Each week, campers will engage in a range of activities and games, including arts and crafts, science experiments, outdoor adventures, and more. With experienced counselors and a supportive community, SF State Summer Kids Camp is the perfect place for kids to learn, grow, and have fun this summer!
Week 1:
Dates: June 15, 2026 - June 18, 2026 (No camp on Juneteenth, June 19)
Field Trip: June 17th Exploratorium
Description: Science is amazing, and this week we're exploring it in a hands-on way! We will head to the Exploratorium where we will have hands-on experiences and interactive exhibits that will spark our curiosity and imagination. We'll also learn about different scientific fields and discover how science impacts our daily lives. It's going to be an exciting week full of discovery and learning!
Week 2:
Dates: June 22, 2026 - June 26, 2026
Field Trip: June 24th San Francisco Zoo
Description: Get ready for an exciting safari adventure as we head to the San Francisco Zoo. We will see all kinds of exotic animals and learn about their habitats and behaviors. Throughout the week we will have fun crafts and games inspired by our animal friends.
Week 3:
Dates: June 29, 2026 - July 2, 2026 (Closed July 3rd: Independence day observation)
Field Trip: July 1st Aquarium of the Bay
Description: Let's dive into the ocean! This week, we'll explore the wonders of the sea at the Aquarium of the Bay and Pier 39. We'll learn about different marine animals, their habitats, and conservation efforts to protect them. We'll also create our own underwater crafts, play games, and have lots of fun discovering the mysteries of the deep sea.
Week 4:
Dates: July 6, 2026 - July 10, 2026
Field Trip: July 8th Golden Gate Park -Koret Childrens Quarter and Carousel Martin
Description: Let’s play and explore! This week, we’ll visit Golden Gate Park’s Koret Children’s Quarter and Carousel for a fun-filled adventure of climbing,sliding, spinning, and imaginative play. We’ll enjoy the historic carousel, explore the playground, play games, and create crafts while learning about teamwork, creativity, and outdoor fun. It’s going to be an exciting week full of laughter and adventure!

Field Trip: July 15th Persido Tunnel Tops

Field Trip: July 22nd California Academy of Science
Description: Science is everywhere! This week, we’ll visit the California Academy of Sciences to explore nature, space, and technology through hands-on exhibits and experiments. Get reay for a fun week of discovery and learning !

Field Trip: July 29th Round 1
Description: Let’s play and have fun! This week, we’ll visit Round1 for exciting arcade games, bowling, karaoke, and hands-on activities. We’ll challenge ourselves, play games together, and enjoy a fun- filled week of teamwork, laughter, and adventure !
