Faculty member enjoys a quick cardio session

All San Francisco State University Faculty, Staff and Auxiliary staff are eligible to purchase a membership to the Mashouf Wellness Center (MWC). The membership grants you access to the entire MWC facility including Group Fitness Classes, Small Group Training, Climbing Wall, Natatorium (Pool), Racquetball/squash courts and more. Auxiliary Staff membership purchase must be done in person. 

Faculty and Staff M.O.V.E Initiative!  

We are Continuing our Faculty and Staff M.O.V.E initiative this Fall Semester. With this initiative our goal is to have a healthier campus community. Our Faculty and Staff are a huge part of SF State and we hope we can help Motivate. Others. Via. Exercise. With a purchase of a Fall Semester Membership, OR joining on Payroll Deduction the first 100 SF State Faculty and Staff will receive a punch card, that once completed will be turned in for FREE Giveaways. In order to complete your punch card, you must visit the Mashouf Wellness Center 10 times this Fall Semester. Campus Recreation is excited to announce that the Mashouf Wellness Center is now offering Payroll Deductions to SF State Faculty and Staff. For more detail’s please read our Payroll Deductions agreement form. All SF State Faculty and Staff must sign up in person between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, or by appointment. Faculty and Staff Memberships Rates: 

  • Payroll Deduction: $46/monthly 
  • Annual Memberships: $544
  • Semester Membership: $220
  • Summer Membership:$104
  • Day Pass: $10
  • Guest Pass:$10

A day pass can be purchased for anyone who is eligible for a membership. All day passes expire by end of day. All current members can purchase a guest pass for any guest 18 years and older. All guest must sign a liability waiver, and present Government Photo ID before entering the facility. Guest must be present with member at all times.

To Purchase a Faculty & Staff Membership: 

  1. Navigate to https://member.campusrec.sfsu.edu
  2. Login below where it says Students, Faculty, Staff, and Alumni. (issues logging in, please visit: https://its.sfsu.edu/service/sfstateid
  3. Once back at the member portal homepage, scroll down and select the "memberships" icon.
  4. Select the membership option that is available. (If there are no membership options please contact the front desk)
  5. Choose your term of membership (semester or annual) and add to your cart.
  6. Select "check out". Please make sure you read and sign the waiver of liability!
  7. Once at the payment page, continue the self-serve payment process to complete your purchase.
  8. Save your receipt! You can save a digital copy on your phone or print out.
